"This McDonald’s is awful, I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with so many employees inside not be able to handle breakfast. they took 30+ minutes for an app ordered pick up order for 1 person. Update : after waiting from 9:55 to 10:20 I got my food and drove home only to bite into cold under cooked food. This place is awful don’t come here, McDonald’s should reconsider franchising to this owner. It’s so blatant that the owner is hiring 16-18 year olds to keep overhead low but the rest of the business suffers."

"How they’re going to charge me 25cents for 1 sweet and sour when it’s free online? Manager in charge decided to tell the girl that was handling me the sauce to charge me. If you’re going to be a manager learn what’s free of charge and what’s not."

"They are the worst I order for McDonald’s app never had any problems today I order and have it deliver and what I got was ridiculous. 10 piece of French fries for a happy meal. When you call them they only say well how can I get those fries to you. It is ridiculous that you have a manager that doesn’t know that when you make a mistake to a customer you give them their money back especially if you act like it doesn’t matter that her employee didn’t do their job right!!!!!!!! They deserve a zero"

"08-06-2022 Love that McDonald's is remodeling their stores/franchises. Maybe next they'll finally remodel some employee attitudes and work ethic? The new people who hand you your order are so dead. The order takers are most of the willing. Thats pretty cool. Now, how in the world do you put tar tar sauce instead of mayonnaise on a McChicken? My tomatoes. Where in the freak did they go? The ones I asked for to be added? Whatever. My fries were fresh n hot and desserts were well made. There's always compromise somewhere even when it shouldn't exist at all..... My rating of this McDonalds? I'll give it 7/10 ONLY because I worked here for two years straight apart of the nightshift crew. I know how it is and how it can be. Perhaps my next vist will be better? I shall see. EDIT 09-29-22 10:36 p.m: Added photos of the updated dine in and drive thru hours. This McDonalds is clearly no longer 24 hours as you can see in the photos."
