"If you are looking for a caring loving environment for children American Pre-School is one of the best. Credentialed knowledgeable teachers and excellent customer service. Thank you for all you do."
"PARENTS DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! The new owners are worse than the old owners. Their policy is not to interact with the parents but you have to go through their 2 lackys who love to dismiss problems when they arise. My daughter caught lice twice (which is a lie because we cleaned her hair spotless the first time and the second time they claimed she had it she didnt have it!) from this daycare over the last week from this daycare and supposedly was the only one. . They pocket daycare late fees and dont expect a receipt for tax purposes. The husband and wife owners are rude and dont care about your children. You dont even hardly get to know who you are dealing with at this point. If the directors cant handle your problems dont expect the owners too. They will take the staff sides explainging how their staff is 30 years experience but dont realize they have 0 knowledge on how to handle situations. You wont ever get to go into the daycare to check on your children you're not permitted past the front doors at anypoint. The only good thing about this daycare was my daughters VPK teacher AND THAT'S IT! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST."
"I had to un-enroll my child from this daycare because they would not allow him to receive therapies inside the daycare, which was one of the first questions I asked prior to enrolling him. I was told it would not be a problem and that they would welcome therapists into the location. If your child is on the spectrum and requires speech, occupational or ABA therapy do not enroll them in this preschool. The director and owner are inflexible even after pleading to allow the therapist to come in for two hours per day thereby reducing his therapy hours. I assured them that it would be an added help in the classroom for my son and it would not disrupt the other children. I even asked them to speak with his therapist so that she could further explain the details and his plan of care and both refused. Also, they do not allow you to enter the facility; you have to drop your child off at the front door of the daycare, where the parking lot is located. Making the interactions very awkward in the mornings because there are other parents waiting to drop off their children. On another note, If your child is not potty trained you are responsible for bringing in diapers and baby wipes, which is normally included at other day cares. This brings me to my last point, on the first day, I asked the staff to apply diaper rash cream on my son. The staff member who received me at the door told me that they do not do that. I proceeded to say that his diaper rash is severe due to him recovering from a cold, they still gave me a hard time. I asked if there was a medication slip that I could sign allowing them to apply diaper rash cream and that's when the director finally agreed to do it. But the whole situation was just unpleasant because it wasn't a "out of this world request." Needless to say, I should have never enrolled my son at this daycare, from day one it was problematic. Lesson learned!"
