"This place is a fraud. They have cameras in the classrooms, but when something happens pertaining your child they don't allow you to see the footage. They guarantee you that you can see it when you go register your child. My child learned how to bite there from other children and it's the way they communicate specially if they have speech problem Due to ear infections and what not. The teachers there smoke and give the children second hand smoke when I confronted the director she was offended and told me to give her a two wk notice to remove my child. I have asked to see the footage of the incidents and she refuses. It's because the teachers don't pay attention. If you know a child bites you have to keep extra eye on the child. These people expelled my child at 5:30pm when I can't do nothing to find another daycare for Monday and this is unconsiderate. If I can give them zero stars I would, but the system requires at least 1. I'm happy to say my baby started a new daycare and it's 1,000 times better. They make sure my baby doesn't have buggers all over the place and they have a very good system for children that bite because it's at the stage where 2yrs go through. Very happy she is out of danger, because she was not been watch along with other children. Negligence is what they do there. Hope your kids be safe!"

"My 6 month old daughter has been in their infant care program full time for 3 months now. The teachers - Miss Gloria and Miss Aurora - are wonderful. I feel completely safe leaving my daughter in their care. I know she is well taken care of. I've only had positive interactions with the staff and plan on keeping my daughter in at Creative Hands as long as we live in the area! Daycare prices are reasonable for the area also."
