"Placed a prepaid order online to pickup and when I arrive nothing was available except dry old fries and wings. I ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 sides and biscuits. They didn’t make any adjustments, didn’t offer me a credit, nothing. I was absolutely disgusted! I will never give them my business again and will ensure to tell everyone about this experience."

"They were out of fries and ice. When ordering my husband had told them he wanted extra ice but they never mentioned they were out til they handed us our drinks. The one that was taking the orders was really short and huffy. Not good customer service. Their portion sizes have gone down and yet they charge you more now. But there are a lot of good tasting things on the menu"

"This place on Collier Blvd shouldn’t be in business. I love Popeyes chicken but this place disgusts me. They strip the tenderloin off the breasts before coating and frying. The first time we were there, the owners waited on us. He at cash, and she tending chicken. Couldn’t believe what I seen when we arrived home 30 minutes later. Now our 3rd and last time. If you like to eat skin off bones, go here. Otherwise, if you really want Popeyes, go to the one on Tamiami at Bonita Beach. That one is what Popeyes should be."

"They’re really is no point in leaving a review clearly no one cares but not to mention at how over priced it is but way over cooked and there’s hardly any coke slaw in the container and chicken I’m not sure if it’s over cooked or if they gave me chicken jelly by mistake because it’s extreme dry and very small! The girl at the windows was very nice so I give it one star, It’s Dec 15th and I just spit this half container of coleslaw out, how could it even be sold or even still in the store since 10/10/23 the health department needs to pay this place a visit!"

"I ordered the popcorn shrimp with chicken strips and fries with an extra side of mashed potatoes. The only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes and biscuit. Everything else was over cooked in old burnt oil."
