"This location is healthy environment for my son. My baby is very happy at this location. I can not say enough great things about this place great staff great leadership team that is helping my 1 year old son develop"
"Do NOT let your children go here. I would not recommend this daycare. There are no cameras as well. Most of the staff is inexperienced with children. Each teacher has too many kids which I could tell the teachers were burnt out and exhausted. During the past summer they mixed the toddlers with the school age children in the front area which I don't think this is appropriate, maybe even illegal. However my 3 year old started coming home saying inappropriate things. After summer ended and they went back to the 3 yr old class the bad words slowed down and finally stopped. The incident that crossed the line is when he came home with a stretched out tshirt around the neck collar area and said the teacher did it. When the teacher was confronted she denied and said "maybe he did it during nap time", the following day he came home with a scratch on his neck and a cut on the back of his ear and what looked like a fingernail mark on the back and front of the left ear lobe. As soon as we seen the injury I asked him what happened and he said "his teacher pulled his ear when they were outside and he went on time out in the blue chair." We immediately removed him and had a meeting with the director of the daycare. At the time of the meeting the director knew nothing of the incident and there was no injury report. Which is also illegal, there should always be an injury report, especially if it's a injury from the neck up. When the teacher was talked to she said he was hit in the head by another kid with a stick..where was the injury report? Teacher was suspended on Thursday and back the following week and an unsigned Injury report magically showed up 4 days after the injury, and not in the teachers hand writing but the owner of the daycares hand writing. The teacher was never let go and still works there because the daycare found there was no incident of abuse. Also there was a different complaint the same day as my grandsons ear injury from a different mother, her children complained that this same teacher was verbally mean to them. Dcf is currently Investigating the daycare."
"The new Director is the rudest and unprofessional person the Center can have. She will questioned you, she is very outspoken and she just don’t care about the kids. I really liked the Center they changed management. I’m withdrawing my child."
"Unreliable childcare. Staffing issues, unprofessional staff. My son was in the tiny infant room, dirty play mats and toys, and always came home hungry. Of the 7 weeks I was at the facility they closed 3 weeks due to COVID or inadequate staffing. Infant room was closed 4 days before my son turned one. They had no space for him in the 1yr old room so I guess they never expected him to have a birthday. Likely gave his space out over the weekend while they were busy not notifying the 3 parents in the infant room they have no child care on Friday so they could make accommodations for the following Monday (yes, they knew Friday) This place used to have a family vibe but since Ana left, it is a factory. Would NOT recommend!"
"The staff are all very accommodating and attentive. It is convenient, has a great reputation, and when we went to visit we found inviting rooms, happy kids and engaged teachers. I especially love Growing Tree because they are an open doored center the staff welcome family involvement and welcome community helpers they take small field trips and do family socials. The small classroom ratios gives your child more one on one attention. I love the VPK program it is well organized and I can see much growth in my little one, she is well on her way to reading before entering kindergarten. I love that they also involve computers as well as tablets to expand their learning in this changing world. I would highly recommend Growing Tree to anyone entering daycare for the first time."
