"I went in around 8:00pm on Wednesday and there was no one at the front desk and I waited to be seated. And about 10 minutes had passed and no one came to greet us and I took a seat closest to the front desk just waiting. And a very rude waitress can up and told me I had to wait to be seated even though I had waited for 10 minutes for someone to greet us. And so she just kept telling us very rude things and so we opted to to eat somewhere else. And keep in mind that the restaurant was empty. Never going back there again."

"I stopped by here to get my country fried steak and eggs. The order of his timely except for my hash browns were late otherwise I would give it up for five stars. The service was good and the food was great.."

"The cooks at this location don't know the menu. Ordered one of the specialty burgers and was given a regular burger. Sent it back and the only thing changed was the cheese plus a bonus of the incorrect cheese burnt onto the bottom of the patty because they gave me back the same patty and bun. At this point I gave up on getting it at all correct, sent it back, and didn't eat. They were at least nice about this and took it off the bill. Waitress didn't really care but the host (maybe manager) was helpful."

"My family loves ihope from the youngest to my dad, but we haven't been served food one time at this select location, no waiters or waitresses or anyone even acknowledged us being there and after a 30 minute wait alone in this restaurant making eye contact with the waitresses ignoring us every time they walked by we politely got up and took our business to waffle house just up the road and have a 100 times better experience. We will no longer even attempt to eat here anymore and will happily carry on to waffle house where we'll be done ate and ready to leave in 30 minutes."

"We have given iHop way too many chances, we thought after the recent remodel and menu changes that it would be better, our food NEVER comes out right, how hard is it to cook an egg???? We literally have not had One meal that was good or came out right .... Waffle House, we are sorry, we will never cheat on you again with the pancake people!! We should have known better.....
