"Very disappointed in the experience. We were first told to wait for table. We went to bar to wait. Then had to revisit host to get a table. Waitress came by to get order about 10 mins after we set our menus down. Came back once after that and I asked for more chips as we waited for our meals. Never saw her again until we were finished and wanted boxes and the bill. Never got the chips! She added a 20% tip and there were just the two of us. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!"

"We were hesitant to order takeout tonight due to some recent reviews but we are very happy we decided to anyway! First time customers and we will be back! Walking into the place, the host greeted us and it felt clean. We were told to go to the bar for takeout. A bartender was very attentive and we paid for our meal. We waited about 10 minutes which was acceptable to us because they were busy (6pm on a Friday). Another person brought out our food, and was also very friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered. Food was fresh and tasted great! We had the steak tacos, chicken taco salad, steak & shrimp and fajita, and a kids cheese quesadilla. Thanks again and we will be back!"

"My family and I have been going to Flaco’s for 30 years since we moved here in the 80s when their location was on US 41/Tamiami Trail. We continue to dine IN and order takeout from their location on Vanderbilt and Airport Road. Excellent service, food and ambiance. The harp musician is also incredible! Even when there was a glitch in an order, it was resolved with the utmost professionalism, grace and customer care. I highly recommend Flaco’s Mexican Restaurant where they care about customer experience and satisfaction. Thank you Team Flaco’s!"

"Most excellent food choices and the ones we had were delicious. Portion size was good (I am bringing some home). Wait staff were prompt and courteous. 20200717 - We haven't been here in a while but the atmosphere and service are still great as is the food. Due to a wobbly table, one of the people at our table had a portion of their marguerita spilled but the restaurant comp'ed them on the bill. Another great experience. 20230114 - another great meal with some entertainment. Tonight they had a harp player with some tunes from Bocelli and other favorites. Added more pics for your review"
