"What a wonderful dining experience! My husband and I were visiting from Michigan and we ate here with a friend. The food was delicious and it was difficult to decide what to get because everything sounded delicious. I am also gluten free, but I had no issues here. Most items on the menu are gluten free or can be made gluten free. They also have gluten free desserts which are the eclair and creme brulee. French food is my favorite cuisine and this place did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful, cooked to perfection, and beautifully displayed. I had seen a few reviews mentioned that the waiters cleared the food before they were finished. These are actually bus boys and didn't know. We were very assertive with them and they left our items. I figured out they were bus boys since they were wearing a different color apron and didn't know anything about the menu. We asked them about the desserts, but had no idea. They were young boys, probably high school so that is understandable. We asked the bus boys for a coffee, but never got it. Besides that, our waiter was excellent and helped us to select the best entrees and desserts for our needs. The only other thing that could of been improved was the noise level. I don't know why but we had to talk loudly to hear each other at the table. Not sure if it was because we were indoors, but there were not that many peopled near us. Parking is also limited, but behind in the alley is valet parking for $10. I also heard that they have lunch specials where you get a three course meal for $40. Expect to pay $60 to $75 per person with drinks (not wine) and desserts. Desserts can be shared. They are quite large and filling. Overall and great experience."
"I must preface this that we came 25 minutes early and they were 14 tables that were available outside that looked extremely appealing. I asked the receptionist if she could put us at one of those tables and she said no because they were all taken. I had a hard time believing that and I counted and they were 14 tables available and I said so in the next 25 minutes are all 14 tables going to be taken? She got flustered, and said yes, if I just showed up on time at my reservation time, she would be able to get me one of those tables. I walked out, and my husband talked me into not canceling my reservation or asking to go speak to a manager about the Flippin attitude of the receptionists. So I walked down the street, took a breath, and I found the urban meditation store and bought some beautiful jewelry. And then we went back 30 minutes later. There were eight tables at that point available in that section and I decided not to say anything, but we did get seated at a great section. Then comes Amanda! The waitress from heaven, and she is funny, lovely, attentive, kind nice and serves us an amazing dinner and completely changes. My mood. Only to find out that her fabulous husband works there with her! I let her know my poor experience, 30 minutes earlier and let her know that if I had not met her, I would not be somebody that you would actually want to wait on this evening . So that is my story and I’m sticking to it. Dinner was phenomenal. We started with the French onion soup which is truly the best that I’ve ever had and Amanda mentioned that to me before then we had oysters and we had a fabulous salad and my husband had the lobster that was just out of this world. If any managers read this, you should take Amanda and her husband aside and gratefully, thank them for working at your restaurant. I didn’t mention that those receptionist when I came back 25 minutes later, we’re all taking selfies with their antler ears on as clients were coming in and out of the restaurant."
"My boyfriend and I recently celebrated his birthday at the French Brasserie, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in an ambiance of refined elegance that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. To kick off the celebration, we indulged in a delightful array of appetizers that left our taste buds dancing with joy. The appetizers seamlessly transitioned into an equally impressive selection of drinks, each crafted with precision and complementing the flavors of the dishes perfectly. The main courses were a symphony of flavors, with each bite delivering a burst of gastronomic delight. One standout dish that deserves special mention is the French onion soup—it was hands down the best I've ever had. The gooey gruyere cheese atop the perfectly caramelized onions and the rich, flavorful broth created a symphony of taste that left a lasting impression. The brunch experience was equally enchanting. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, ranging from traditional French classics to inventive brunch creations. Each dish was a testament to the chef's dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. The service throughout our celebration was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and demonstrated a genuine passion for ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend the French Brasserie to anyone seeking an indulgent and authentic French dining experience. It's a culinary gem that will undoubtedly leave you with memories to savor for a lifetime."
"A lovely place to eat! I went there with my friend and boyfriend and only had appetizers and drinks, but everything was great! We sat outside, and the ambiance was very relaxing and romantic, and it was giving us a European vibe. All the appetizers that we order are flavorful and have good portions as well. Drinks—they're all pretty tasty and unique! Our server gave us excellent service, and though she had a busy section, she made sure that we had everything we asked for. Staff are all friendly and helping each other just to make sure they're giving good service. A bit pricey, but totally worth it!"
