"This one in Bonita Bay was way better than the one in Ft Lauderdale. The restaurant was super clean. We did not have to wait a long time for a table. Service is good and quick. Food was delicious. I had the same plate as always my 2x 2 x 2 plus hash browns. Nice place for breakfast."

"We stopped on 11/14/23 at night during dinner time. There was one lady waiting tables and doing everything in the dining area. There were 6 other tables, one was a bigger group of people, plus our group of 3. She was absolutely fantastic at being quick and efficient. There was a slight wait but nothing awful. When we asked her if she was the only person she said her and one cook were running the show all night. Hands off to them!!! The owner should be thankful for these employees doing their best. I know what it’s like to be short staffed and working in the restaurant industry. She was happy and smiling and you couldn’t tell any different."

"Worst service ever! I ordered my food online to pick up tell me why I waited over an hour for my pickup order. and yet half my food wasnt ready and when i got my order i was still missing things. I am not going to be coming back to this ihop im going to the fort myers one even if its far but I’ve had better experience over there! FOOD ISNT EVEN THE BEST"

"Poor customer service. The host did not asked me where I wanted to sit & instead just put me in a seat in the back of the room although there were several other tables available. I moved to a different table. But I observed that he asked someone else where they would like to sit. My waitress also wasn’t very friendly. The food is ok but it isn’t Excellent.. I also applied to work there at one point but changed my mind after the manager gave me bad/jealous vibes."
