"Normally love Five Guys but this location is awful. Placed a pick up order and they literally didn’t put a patty on one of the burgers.. the one that was supposed to have 2 patties. Paid $30… so disappointing"

"Should've known it was an L for me when I got my order in 4 minutes. Because having frequently eaten at 5 guys it takes 8 minutes to cook their burgers so what I received were patties that were on the grill for who knows how long. They were cooked down to nothing as pictured above and were so dry that no amount of condiments helped. An added kick in the face was the uncooked fries that even my air fryer at home couldn't bring back to life. If im spending $16 on a burger and "little" fries and no drink i should receive something thats at least decent. Manager and grill man on duty 2/13/23 at 4:15pm are no good. Owner of this location please drive up there right now and check. I don't want to leave a review like this as this spot was one of the best but last 3 visits have gotten worse and worse"

"My burger while very good was surprisingly soggy, definitely edible and not soggy enough to suppress not wanting to eat it or have it remade. I did get barbeque sauce added to “all the way” and i dont think that would explain the excessive moisture in the bun and not be able to see much sauce. The guys behind the counter were highly attentive to the customers walking in greeting everyone and noting who is at the register. They also were loud when announcing order numbers which is very helpful. Freestyle coke is always a welcome sight, and dont forget to order your legendary fries!"
