"The food was ok. We had to order through the kiosk. Because there was no one up front to help us. They had 4 people in the back including the manager cooking. But they were moving slow. I got half my order. ( Salad) then the next order for his order. Then I had to complain about my daughters food (chicken nuggets and fries) after 5 minutes we finally received it."

"I’ve never had a bad interaction with an employee here. There was one time where they forgot an item but I called and they were more than happy to replace it when I came back. Well today I came back and let them know I spoke to John and he said to just ask when I arrive. He hopped on the drive through speaker and made my daughter’s day with his interaction. She said he’s her best friend now."

"Okay this is the new location for Wendy's it actually looks amazing very nice a modern look, very thing looks good, very clean so let's hope it stays that way we'll see how the services is, not bad at all but a little bit crazy but that's because they just opened on Wednesday, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Let's hope that it stays that way because the one on Cape Coral Pkwy East is not that good you can definitely use it a new makeover that's for sure. I would definitely be making more visits to this place because I like this versus McDonald's Taco Bells but who can't resist a good Whopper though, I do wish the best for this location, it will depend on a good team and good management is what going to make or break this store."

"I’ve been waiting for this location to open and the time has finally come. Service is still a little slow but I’m sure it’ll get better once the employees get used to everything. The food was great and the restaurant looks pretty nice for a fast food place."

"Great new store. Unique entrance, you walk in the front door and to the left is a door for mobile order, and to the right is no door, but the normal entrance to the lobby and register. Both ways lead to the same lobby. Not sure the mobile side needed a door on its entrance, but maybe it will have a good purpose. I found myself walking out the way that only had 1 door as i left. Seems weird to have to use more doors as you leave with food. Very friendly staff, and great food!"
