"We waited over 4 min to be greeted when we walked into the entrance. Had to write our own name on the waiting list as people who came in after us were added before us. Ery u organized. Waited EXTREMELY long for our food. Server was great!"

"I placed a fairly large takeout lunch order yesterday. All the food was stuffed tightly in 1 bag and the handle was wrapped so I couldn’t check the order until I got home. Once I got home I realized one of the 6 cookies was half missing. If it was a WHOLE cookie broken in half that would have been fine but there was only HALF a cookie. I also wanted to substitute fruit instead of fries with the sandwich order but instead was still given fries and a side of fruit and was charged for both instead of just being charged extra for swapping fries for fruit. Service is going downhill there. The front register person always gets the cookies/order together and I could tell over the phone she didn’t know what she was doing. The older gentleman that usually works up front is a dream and always knows what’s he’s doing. I won’t ever return unfortunately. I’ve spent too much money there to keep getting disappointed. I was on a lunch break and didn’t have time to drive all the way back."

"Tried to eat there yesterday afternoon. Waited at the hostess stand for a few min to be seated. Someone was at the register but didn’t say anything to us. Other customers in the dining area told us they seated themselves so we did. Waited 10-15 min or so and nobody came to us for drinks and menus so we left. But outside we were told to have a great night by a worker outside smoking. Usually have great food and service but apparently they didn’t want our business this time"

"Every time I order here there is a problem. Just placed an order for turkey dinner. No gravy, cranberry sauce or stuffing. Fries are cold and hard like they were cooked hours ago. Last time I order from this place"

"First and last time ever coming to this establishment. Filthy restaurant Waitress took my drink order and filled the cup half way. That was the first and last time I saw her. Someone else brought my food ( friendly heavier set girl don’t know her name but she is very attentive) I asked another waitress for napkins and she never came back a table of people that coincidentally don’t look like me asked for napkins and she immediately brought them to him. I really wanted to try a baked good but I sat waiting for a waitress to come back for so long I went to the front and checked out. I worked in restaurant management for some time a decade ago and I can say this shouldn’t fly at all. The positive is my food was hot. Shoutouts to the kitchen."
