"While going through the drive through we were rudely told (3 of us) that with 3 people we HAD to come inside. After ordering all of our food came out cold. This is a very new Wendy's and you would think the food would be edible."

"For starters, all of the lights were out on the exterior so you couldn’t tell that the place was even open until I walked up to the front door, this was around 8:30 pm. The air-conditioning in the lobby was set way too high, probably because they don’t want patrons eating inside. I was only able to order at the kiosk after the order it took about 15 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches, two french fries and a bowl of chili, and a couple drinks. Took the food to go because it was too dang cold to eat inside. When my son and I came home and started eating our meal, we discovered that both of our chicken patties were undercooked and completely raw. I attempted to reach out to the Wendy’s location, but could not find a phone number anywhere online. I also did not have a receipt in my bag to reference a phone number there. It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been meaning to go to this location for the first time and it was very convenient near our home. As far as service goes, forget about it. You will be dealing with a bunch of rude people. I get this is and most likely new staff. Please do better for our community Wendy’s. You are located on prime real estate."

"This wendys is by far the worst i have ever been too. I've been here a handful of times and every time they get the order wrong. Its hard to even exhange anything because The lobby closes before 7 pm regularly. If you dont have enough employees to serve why bother to open up a location. And who puts shredded cheese on a burger! When did this change!!"

"Had a bad time, friends order was wrong from the sauces and the drink, the girls working except for the one at front counter had a bad attitude, we started out as drive thru and because we wanted two separate orders was told we needed to come inside to have a separate order even though we were on the job and in a hurry. We didn’t bring it up to the manager again because we were on the job and in a hurry. Not to mention we can hear the workers cussing at each other and complaining as we HAD to dine in because we couldn’t complete our orders in the drive thru. Worst wendys I’ve been to on the entire east coast of America."
