"We drive by this Amish restaurant on a regular basis. Tonight was the first time we actually came in for dinner. There were four of us. My brother and his wife got the buffet. My wife got blackened fish and I got the liver onions. The buffet was apparently quite good. The blackened fish wasn’t exactly blackened and not terribly tasty. And onions and bacon is one of my favorite meals. This wasn’t bad although the liver was sliced too thin and a little on the dry side. This is one of the few restaurants we have been in that serves apple pie and we couldn’t wait to try a piece. Unfortunately, my mother, my mother-in-law, and my wife are excellent apple pie makers, and the one here at this restaurant was a big disappointment. The apple looked like processed apple instead of homemade. It had way too much spice in it – cinnamon and the crust was thin and not at all looking or tasting homemade. The service was great. The ambiance was fine."

"Very nice place for our group of 6. We ordered off the menu since we didn't want to over eat. And I know I would have eaten way to much if I had the buffet. See my video. "So great value for the price. Solid buffet food and selection. I just sometimes feel humanity brings the experience down. Plenty of parking, interior space, and store selections. We will come back. They do have various daily specials to order as well. We bought the zucchini and banana bread, which is delicious. Also got the strawberry rhubarb jam, which, although did not have the chunks, did have the pop."

"Omg one of the absolutely best meals I have ever had in my life. The buffet was beyond amazing and delicious. Best fried chicken I can say I have ever had, the most amazing baked ham, and the banana cream pie was so delicious I couldn’t stop ✋. Our server Megan has been there 20 years and I can clearly see why. She was the most pleasant, attentive, informative and friendly waitress I have had in a very long time. She made a great experience even better. I have read many reviews about the chicken being dry and tasteless! I have no idea where they went but the best fried chicken I have ever had. This place was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to go there. I will definitely be back."
