"Overall, the food is decent and if there’s a problem it’s fixed, but for whatever reason everytime I’m thru the drive thru and I encounter the guy with red hair which I assume is a manager because he wears a different shirt than the rest, and he always has a nasty attitude. I am always polite and respectful and he’s always rude or correcting me. Kind of over his service and unsure if I will return. Rest of the team is pretty decent."

"Place looks nice. Sign at cash register says to use KIOSK. We left and went to BURGER KING ( little further North near Laurel Rd ) and dropped $65 cash. Your loss Wendys! UPDATE: I stopped by there today ( Sat 2-17-24 ) They again asked me to use kiosk and said they didnt hsve a cashier. I LEFT and went to Burger King. Thats the last time I will ever go to this location."

"The 2 workers at the window were too busy chatting with each other & I felt like I was intruding on their conversation when I was asking questions. Had to wait in between them talking. Never had the chicken sandwich & it was beyond horrible. I opened the sandwich because the wrapper had a bad odor. Looked mushy so again, waiting for the employees but finally interrupted their chatting & asked how long it was sitting there. He said no more than a half hour. I left & ate it in th car since all I had eaten was a yogurt in the morning. The packaging & sandwich had a horrible odor. I thought maybe it was me & I was just worried I'd get sick from it but I thought they'd never serve something bad. So I ate it as I drove home. My mouth has a terrible taste & I can still smell it. Not to mention, would have never guessed it was chicken. It was all mushy even with the crispy coating. Sure didn't look like the pic. I always order the apple pecan chicken salad which is wonderful. Time before last opened my salad & apples, greens etc were all brown. Never did that happen. I mentioned it the next time & was told, new employees & they are instructed not to sell old salad. Wondering if these are new employees. I called twice wanting to ask if maybe the food was kept in a holding area wrapped in plastic to get the weird odor & make it mushy but nobody answered & both times the call hung up. I'm assuming the food sat their too long & have no idea what the odor which was not food, came from. Always prior, great food & above average service."

"Finally tried this new location after leaving the beach. Friendly quick service right away at drive thru, order was hot and delicious and exactly as we ordered. The staff were jovial and very nice. The inside looked new and clean and open not all crammed. Lots of nice roomy parking spots and well lit at night. Also a very cool patio outside with lights and fans, will try that next time!"
