"We have had 2 back to back great experiences here. Great service, on time, and very good pizza. The employees were friendly and helpful, especially on one order which was quite large. Pizza was hot & delicious and everything on time. Way to go & keep it up!"

"Update 12/28/2023 This Papa John's is awful. They canceled my order outright. I will never do business with this location again. It is the worst. If you want pizza you are better off going to the nearby Publix and buying a frozen pizza than this place. Terrible service. Update 03/04/2023 -- This location doesn't deliver. I recommend doing business with the SR 70 location and skipping this one. I give good tips, like $20+. I guess the people here lose out. Oh well. I've ordered pizza from the Papa Johns situated near the intersection of Market Street and University Parkway a few times now. So far, the experience has been 100% positive. Ordering is easy; it takes around 25 to 40 minutes for the order to be complete. I'm okay with that noting that the pizza and sides I've ordered have always arrived perfectly cooked and hot. This includes when I've ordered sort of late after a game. Sometimes with other places, I've ordered within 2 hours of closing and the pies were obviously rushed and sort of undercooked. Not with this Papa Johns! Everything I've had from this location has tasted great. The delivery drivers are on point and courteous - be sure to give them a well deserved excellent tip. I am glad that this Papa Johns opened here. It's proven an excellent chain pizza source. I am sure I'll order again from them down the road. Kudos to the staff!"

"Your greasy haired worker with the hat, acts like a douche. Very rude and could careless when talking to customers. May want to explain to him he's the face of the company he should probably act like it. Hot wings are definitely not worth the money. Still cold in the middle. Cheesy bread was good though."

"My wife and I have been buying from this company for 20 years. Very seldom do we have any major problems the store in Lakewood Ranch by Publix however it basically didn't get anything right and when I called I certainly do not need to hear that the problem is they were busy? I always ask for a thin crust and Chicago square cut and instead I got regular cut and it was very crispy almost burnt so I will never go back to that place I'll go to other places that really care about their customer and I was a good customer"

"We finally have our very own Papa Johns in this area. This Papa Johns is far superior to the Pizza Hut that used to be at the same address. I much prefer the Papa Johns pizza sauce and dough and those new Papadias."
