Ken & Barb's Grove City Kitchen

"We called ahead, party of 9, she said if we're there before 5 or wouldn't take too long. No reservation available until 7pm. We showed up at 4:40 and got name on the list. An hour later we asked and they said it could be 40 more minutes or two hours. A party of 8 came 40 minutes after us and got seated. Spoke with the manager to get a more specific time. She acted like she couldn't care less when we got sat. We went 1 minute down the road and had a great Mexican dinner. Ken and Barbs doesn't care who gets screwed, they don't even try to give a realistic time up front. They want you waiting so they can keep their seats full. The bartenders were great, good pours."

"This place has excellent food. Has burgers but they were creative and cooked to perfection. Our server was very pleasant and efficient and also checked on us appropriately. We sat outside on the patio. Very relaxed and enjoyable place."

"Stopped in for a late lunch. Visiting from Northeastern Indiana with our family of 5. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and professional. Our waiter, Jay was awesome! Our table had the Steak Philly Sandwich, Fish Sandwich, Meatloaf Sandwich, Fish Cakes, Handcut French fries and onion rings. Everything was great! Highly recommended this restaurant."

"We came around 7 and it was a bit busy. We got drinks at the bar while waiting to sit We only had a 25 min wait. Food was delicious. As an app, we had the fish dip. It was made with Mahi. We had the meatloaf and swordfish for dinner and the apple empanada for dinner. Drinks were equally fantastic, which we had ordered before dinner. It rained but there is a nice view of the water. We will definitely be back many more times."
