"Ordered on the kiosk in store. While waiting for my order the kids were playing. Then a worker comes to me to tell me my order did not go through. I pick up my phone, open my bank app, there's mcd -$35 time an date. She an another kept telling me it's not paid for.. we finally get our food and here they come back to tell me food wasn't paid for. Since when does mcd even make a order before it's paid for???? Duhhh then we got the stare the rest of our very last visit!"

"Absolutely horrible. I can’t even put into words because it’s just ridiculous. All I can do is shake my head. I paid for my order. Half the food is missing from the drive through. If we’re supposed to do their job I would like to get paid and benefits for working there if I have to check my bag every time. Add me on the schedule. I would probably be their best employee and get promoted. But then who would check the orders????"

"The wait persisted, casting a shadow over our anticipation, shouting numbers rather than delivering food to the table. While the lamentable scene unfolded: an employee, bereft of decorum, made use of the restroom, his apron a flagrant emblem of disregard. Adding to the tableau of negligence, he nonchalantly reentered the kitchen, neglecting the basic ritual of hand hygiene."

"We made a mobile order with ice cream and an apple pie. They unfortunately did not have the pie available therefore I asked for a refund since there was nothing else I wanted. They said that they were not able to refund since it was a mobile order. I simply do not understand how can they take my money from via the app to the store but unable to reverse it. The workers were polite and in good spirit but the manager (or acting manager) was a bit snippy. It is a complete flaw in this design."

"Sherman is the man! I came through the line while he was in the window and he greeted me with the highest energy. It wasn’t just a simple “here’s your receipt” he actually asked how my day was and questions about my work. I feel like I made a friend in the few minutes we spoke. McDonald’s needs more Sherman’s!!"
