Pollo Tropical

"I placed an order online on 11/02/2024, it was order number 981. It was delivered to my house on time but the drinks and a dessert were missing. 2 pineapple lemonade and a 4 leches. I called all the numbers, customer service, store, no one answered. The food is delicious but the online customer service is terrible. I hope the experience in the shop will be better."

"Not the same place it was 2 years ago. Used to have the sauce bar you’d get what yah needed. Now they fill ur drinks and give you small cups of sauce. When you ask for 4 they look at you funny sometimes. All in all still enjoy it."

"What I like about Pollo Tropical is the convenience. You can find it almost anywhere in south Florida and the food is great and inexpensive, if you like chicken that is. This location was no different. It was clean. The servers were kind. I ordered the half chicken and got black beans and yellow rice as the two sides you get with the meal. The chicken was nice and juicy, which sometimes you don't get in Pollo Tropical. Sometimes, at some locations they have it really chewy and dry. But IMO they did it right here. I got the pineapple rum sauce and the garlic ranch sauce. Pollo Tropical used to have sauce counter on the outside but I guess they have changed it now and you have to ask the servers for them. I enjoyed my food here."

"Food is okay. Sometimes under cooked sometimes too dry other times just right. Really depends if you're lucky. However doesn't matter when you come the staff is rude and lazy. I've been told one time when asking for an extra utensil that "I cant help you I'm too busy". Other time when picking up my order I asked about my drink and the waitress told me she can't do it that the drinks are picked up at the cashier, which happens to be 3 feet to her left. Instead I had to go around past people waiting in line to the cashier and ask again for the drink while everyone looked at me like I am cutting in line. I have been here a few times because the other locations are too far but honestly if you want the typical great experience you will get at other Pollo Tropical locations then don't come here. Seems like the manager is trying. He is always nice but the employees are horrible."
