Twin Peaks

"Three of us went for lunch on a Tuesday at 1 pm. While it was busy, it was not packed. We were seated right away, but then it took nearly 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and take our drink order, and then it took several minutes (meaning longer than it should) for our drinks to be brought out. We noticed several servers standing around talking to each other, and a few times servers walked past our table, not even making eye contact. We ordered food at the same time as our drinks, because we didn't know how long it might be for our server to come back if we did not order food then. The ticket time for our food was 25 minutes or so, much longer than one would expect, especially since this was in the 1 pm hour on a weekday. If you have only 1 hour for lunch, you will not be able to get in and out of this place if my experience is the norm. The food was good and reasonably priced. I know that management reads these reviews, and I implore management to please improve the customer service in regard to the time it takes from being seated until a drink order is taken. The sooner drink orders are taken, the more likely customers are to order a second or third during their stay. Please figure out a way so that a server knows if a table has had a drink order taken. The food was good, the atmosphere was good (except the music is a bit too loud to carry on a conversation, but maybe I'm in the minority), but please work on the customer service, customer engagement, and ticket times. I know you have only been open a month, but you need to keep working on those areas. I'll definitely return, and will hope that the times to wait for orders to be taken and food to be delivered to the table will be much shorter."

"First of all great service by Mel thank you very much! The food was fantastic I had the street corn salad with chicken sub honey mustard dressing it was spot on and the sliced chicken sandwich on sourdough was terrific sweet potato fries were awesome the beer is as cold as it could possibly be the whole experience was spectacular! We will be back, probably tomorrow lol!"

"Amazing food and service during a very busy happy hour. Viv was simply great. Fast, friendly and attentive. Ice cold draft beer in big mugs? Yes please, as a Floridian I can't tell you how much I appreciate literal frosty beer! Thx Vivian for a great lunch!"

"First visit at the new location in Sarasota Fl. Wait was average 30-45 minutes. While standing waiting for phone to buzz I noticed their were lots of tables empty. So after 55 minutes watching the table by the bar we’re seated at the same table that was empty for 55 minutes. We arrived at 6:20 and left at 8:20. Overall food was pretty good. My wife got Salmon with rice. Seasoning was spot on but a little over cooked. I tried their fish and chips and this was the smallest fish I’ve ever had. I asked the server if this is correct cause their like nuggets. All in all pretty good."

"Boy, oh boy!!! I am so happy Twin Peaks opened up. Been there two times this week and it only gets better and will keep getting better. Atmosphere is awesome. Girls are wonderful and do their best to make the experience warm and welcome. Special thanks to Mel, Alex and Meliha. We had a blast and will be back again. One star off food because wings need to be cooked a little longer. But I’m sure that will be fixed as the kitchen staff settles in. Lots of TVs, lots of food, lots of drinks and lots of pleasant ladies result in excellent night out. Keep it up."
