"We ordered an appetizer, didn't get plates or silverware. Had to ask for them, then it took at least 5 minutes to get the plates. Food was cold by then. No silverware. When we got our food still no silverware. Had to ask again. Will not go back there anytime soon !!!"

"What a great experience! Last time I came about 6 months ago with my family a table of about 8 we were sure we were never coming back. Tonight me and my mom gave it another try, what a total different experience! Everything was perfect from the atmosphere to the service even the management was absolutely on top of Everything! The food was great but even despite the couple mistakes the manager EMILY took care of it right away and our server Alexis R. Was amazing! If you keep people like this your customers will definitely come back!"

"First off I don’t have anything bad to say about the food in this establishment. I have always had a good experience here besides the last two times. With that being said Sabrina the bar tender/server has been horrible! The first time, I went in to Beefs with my family to catch the game and have some wings. Sabrina was our waitress she sat us at our table after about 15 minutes of waiting we all ordered our drinks. Sabrina disappeared and the drink order was never put in and after 15 minutes of waiting for our drinks I finally got up and went to the bar and the Manager got us our drinks. Shortly after that Sabrina reappeared and we finally got to put in our food order. When we finally got our food we had no silverware (for my children) and no Sabrina anywhere to be found. I went back to the bar and got some silverware. I see Sabrina bouncing around and taking care of other tables but completely ignoring us. Soon it came down to get our check and leave Sabrina was at the table right in front of us knowing that we were ready to leave and proceeded having a full blown conversation with the other guest and continued to ignore us. Finally I got the manager’s attention and she was so nice and pleasant and she took care of us. I received my bill payed my dues and off we went. Second time I walk in to the restaurant and have a seat at the bar. Sabrina was working the bar but the first time was a while ago and I didn’t put it together that this was the same waitress as before. She asked me what I would be having to drink gave me a menu and walked away. 20 minutes go by and I seen her doing some stuff in the back walking around behind me. Finally she comes to me and I said to her “that took awhile” I immediately got a negative response from her with a bad attitude and Sabrina started to give me excuses on why it took her so long without an apology for making me wait. That was enough for me so I decided to not order my food or my drink and walked out. As I was leaving I noticed an older couple in the corner by the door looking very frustrated and on the edge of there seats. I waited outside for a few minutes deciding on where else I would get my meal and the older couple walked out. I asked them how their service was and he told me almost exactly the same story with Sabrina as my first. At least I know now that it was not just me. Management needs to really step up here and get this issue resolved. I feel like some extra training or maybe a new hire would be a good move and better for business. How do you expect people to return with this kind of service. I seen other reviews for bad service here and we all know who is not the problem by reading the 5 star reviews. I have always enjoyed Beefs and have brought my family and friends here for many years, have always tipped very generously and it is very disappointing to be treated like this."

"Emily was great. I think she was the manager. Our waitress Alexis was very good. Cute and friendly. The food needs some help. We had three different dishes and all of them tasted like old meat on all of them."

"We showed up unannounced, with a party of 19. Not only were we greeted with a smile, but the service and staff were AMAZING! Food was great, Emily was so friendly and constantly made sure we were ok, and Sharon held it down! Can’t wait to go back!"
