Little Caesars Pizza State Road 60, Lake Wales, FL 33853

"So I went in and ordered and the girl walked away before I could get my receipt so I stood there for like 5 mins just to get it so I could go out and wait for the 15 mins they said it'd be. I came in after 20 mins and apparently my pizzas were not ready , even though no one acknowledged me and told me that. So I waited another 20 mins . They were busy with only 2 employees so I know they were overwhelmed but they have horrible customer service skills. The MOD was the rudest one. I run 3 restaurants and would have fired any employee that treated customers the way she did. While I was waiting the MOD waited on another customer who had not even ordered yet in order to pay but she looked at me and said, " can you move back so he can pay! ", in the rudest tone. ( I was in front of the debit machine) . I would have fired her on the spot. They also are not sanitary. They didn't wear gloves, touched everything and I never saw any of them wash their hands one time. Thank GOD the 3rd girl that came in as my pizza was coming out put gloves on and grabbed my pizza. I even saw the MOD touch the crust of a pizza that was sitting on the counter to see if it was warm . GROSS. She had already touched the computer screen, handles on warmers, paper and even the drink cooler THAT CUSTOMERS TOUCH! I got a pretzel pizza , which was OK and a thin crust pepp that was burnt. I will make sure people in this town goes else where to get pizza. Sad because it's the only LC around but I doubt if I'll ever come back."

"Ordered pizza at 1:24 pm. Arrived at 2:00 never received a notification that it was ready. Walked in it was in a pick up box. I ordered a pretzel pizza with pizza sauce. It had no butter or salt. Get home and realized it didn’t have sauce."

"I would put 0 stars if i could. I used to work, there is roaches. Management was on a power trip. Serve uncooked and burnt pizzas. Would never throw out expired pizzas form the hotbox. 15 year old worked there over child labored laws and under the table. Mind you they can only hire at 16. Nepotism in the workplace. The manager has been reported so many times but nothing changes. Do not waste your money here. Definitely would not recommend working there."

"Got the pan pizza it wasn't cooked all the way also didn't have enough cheese on it to flow to the edges to cook and be crispy. I was traveling from Tampa to the east coast picked up the pizza to bring home for the wife and me to eat for dinner. We've done this before and it was good, but disappointed that I paid for extra cheese and got a order of cheezy bread which didn't have enough cheese to cover the dough and wasn't cooked enough raw. They cooked my order then lost it couldn't figure out where it went it was sitting on the counter they said it was someone else's. For $25 dollars I think that the food should have been cooked properly."
