"I only give this 3 stars due to the menu. It has changed so much and so many of our faves have been removed or cut back. Now we honestly just stop by for the fact that you can make your own flavored coke products. We only go there now 1 time per week when doing the Walmart shopping. It's sad because we used to go twice weekly for meals with the kids. On the other hand, the customer service is really great. The kids in there are super sweet and attentive so I actually give them 5 stars!"

"Ok, I usually do not share bad ezperiences. I really likes Zaxby's but that day I order in the drive-thru and found a hair in the cole slaw. I went inside and showed my food to the person at the counter. She started telling the employees what I said about the hair. The employees in the kitchen were asking many times A hair? A hair? When I saw them, none of them has a hairnet. So, my question is: Why they were so surprised? But what happened next is what surprised me. They put in another container some fries that I left in the container that had the hair and put some more cole slaw and gave it to me... How in the world you believe that I want cole slaw again? I just can believed it... I took the container and put it in the garbage... I just want to tell them because they need to prevent this situation in the future."

"This is the third time my food has been made wrong!!! I asked for the Traditional Wings and things and a GO BIG and I seem to always get the complete opposite of what I ask for very poor service!!! I was on my lunch break and she asked me to bring the food back the very next day therefore leaving me with nothing to eat!!"

"What a wonderful surprise!!! After visiting Legoland, and on our way to Fort Lauderdale, we were all hungry!! We ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders!! What a great idea!! All of the food was hot, and well seasoned. Everyone was so happy!!!"
