"For the price, the boneless wings were very disappointing. They were hard as a rock drowned in sauce and smaller than nuggets from chic-fi-la. By the time my server brought a knife to cut them, which she said took so long because they didn't have any, my food was cold. If we didn't love playing bingo here on Mondays, we probably would never come."

"I want to start by saying that we have been here a few times but the last 2 time everytime we have ordered food they have brought it us cold. Today jan 5th we came and my wife ordered fish and ship and the fries were cold I asked to replace them for fresh one and the replacement fries werent too hot either. I ordered the new staek loaded nachos and it wasnt made fresh the nachos and staeks were cold the waiter took it back to have it made fresh but return with the meat cold the nacho were warm. So i asked to have that change and got the omg burger with onion rings, the burger was hot but the onion ring were not hot either. All of this time no manager or anyone in charge not once came to our table and ask us about the service we were receiving. We will definitely not be back here anymore. My suggestion to anyone that want to visit this place make sure to tell the waiter or waitress to make sure the food is made fresh."

"Stopped in this location in Bartow for dinner. Order the chopped steak, mashed potatoes, extra gravy, broccoli. The plate was served to me literally with two bites of potatoes and two bites of broccoli and about a tablespoon of gravy. See photo , the fork on the plate gives an idea how small the portions are in comparison to the fork. I politely brought it to the servers attention and she was rude. Not sure what she told the bartender but she came to the table and very rudely explained that they weigh all food for portion control. I'll be supporting another local restaurant/business with my dining needs in the future."

"Food was not good. The boom boom shrimp wasn't cooked completely and some were raw. And our waiter was high. Their menu for drinks was for show, our waiter said that they only serve half of the drinks on the menu . Me and my wife both got sick too. Was very disappointed, not going back."

"We enjoyed eating here on Sunday after shopping at the Verizon store next door. Candace A was our waitress. She had the best attitude and give us the best service. We really appreciate good service at any restaurant since they are hard to come by. Would highly recommend visiting this local beefs for their wings."
