"Worst experience I’ve ever had, my husband and I placed our first time order online. It said the time it would be ready and to skip the line and pick up your food. No one was in line, so we went straight up to the window. A lady opened the window and said yes. My husband said we had an online order and it was supposed to be ready. She said we were supposed to come inside to pick it up. My husband said ok we didn’t know, we can come in. Then she said we can do it this one time. Then she must have snapped. She slammed the window and started yelling… said there was an online order at the window, and that we were pathetic and too lazy to get out of our car. I blew my horn to get her attention. She opened the window and I asked her why she would even say that about us. I told her we heard every word she said. I told her she didn’t know us and if she wanted us to come in we would have and she had no rights to talk about us or anyone that didn’t know their process. I asked to speak with her manager, another lady came to the window and I said she has no rights to talk about us like that and it was out of line. The lady said she would talk to her. I asked her for the ladies name twice, but wouldn’t give it. She told me she would get my food and closed the window. A man came to the window with our food and I asked him for the ladies name and he was the only one that provided it to me. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They have lost my business, I can’t go back to a place where people are treated with such hatred. People don’t treat people like that. I would never tolerate anyone like that to work for me treating customers like that. Very sad situation, ruined my night."

"We took our meal home.Everything was freshly made.It was good !!! We had different types of Cheeseburgers. They make Root beer right there it's fresh.Papa Burger for me."

"Time for some updates and a thorough cleaning. Hushpuppies were fried so hard a dog wouldn't eat them. Grilled shrimp was great, love the option! Grilled cod was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning. The other fried meals were bland and full of grease as if they were reheated. Just disappointed"

"A nostalgia trip! We were visiting from Chicago and stayed in the area during our week. We don't have LJS in Chicago anymore so for us this was a treat. Workers were nice, the food was made fresh, and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed the visit. Old hushpuppies recipe was better tho. The new ones suck."
