"The food is ALWAYS delicious and lovingly made; the staff is friendly, welcoming and professional; and the selections are varied. I go several times a week and my husband jokes that I'm like a member of the now. Truth is, they are like family and I highly recommend a visit to the restaurant for dine in or take out. They also have a great catering service which stays busy."

"Visited this restaurant for the first time. All three of us were very happy with our orders (all homemade!): Grilled Chicken, Shrimp with Rice, and tender Oxtails on yellow rice. Our yummy sides included Broccoli casserole, Collard Greens, Coleslaw, Fried Cabbage and three types of homemade cornbread. Our wonderful server Deborah was friendly, patient and helpful. We were too full for desert, unfortuantely, since other patrons were singing the praises of homemade desserts like Keylime cake, peach cobbler, etc. We will try those next time!"
