"Worst lunch experience ever! I've been here plenty when they play their music loud, but today was over the top. I'm there when there was a large group of young adults. And while I understand that the staff could not do anything about how loud this group was, they certainly didn't need to add to it by turning the music up so loud that you had to holler just to speak to whom you're having lunch with."
"Well this was interesting to say the least. For the young Latina at the register, please speak up and learn the menu. Miso soup was not bad. Sushi was not terrible. However it seems they want you to bus your table. Not going to happen. I don't even bus my table at Mcdonalds after what they charge. I think Lake Wales is lucky to have them but I probably won't be back."

"Good alternative for non fried food and vegetables at a very reasonable price. Sushi is good as well, but can be slow sometimes. If you go during a busy time, you could have a prolonged wait. Never had a problem with the food quality, it's very good for the price/value. It's a nice benefit to be able to order online as well, and pick-up."
