"Went thru drive thru today and got two large diet Cokes. I kid you not, best diet coke ratio I've had in years. Can't recommend this place enough. I like over an hour away from it but debating driving back there next weekend"

"Well I was going to post here that I was stopped for being barefoot before passing the 2nd door but looking at the reviews, I guess the guy did me a favor by avoiding me from complaining about the food though I feel it's a $5-6 loss on their part because "You got to wear shoes here!". Um, no I don't. I know too many Wendy's, as also other restaurants & stores that are barefoot friendly & this one just put me 1 place less of the 500th mark (280+/- of those barefoot friendly are located in Lakeland alone.). Due to everyone else reviews, I won't be coming back to this one anymore as there's Wendy's surrounding this one that has been having no problem accepting my $$ while I'm barefoot. This includes the Wendy's in the Tampa airport (Yes TPA is barefoot friendly. You'll just need to have footwear on standby when boarding a flight as some will make you wear shoes or miss your flight. A risk I would never want to chance.). Thank you for saving me $5.35 there. :-)"

"Was a regular customer. Got a green rotten egg and nasty sausage with a big random black spot. Could have sent me to the hospital and they say "we can't do anything but talk to the manager in the morning or give you a refund" I don't want a free meal. I will never eat at Wendy ever again."

"Corporate better trains the team at this location on how to handle/ redeem coupons. This was the first time we have ever had issues. We took our business to another Wendy’s about 5 miles away…not a single problem there! Hence I can’t comment on the food quality but service was lacking big time."

"Today was my first time coming here. As soon as I came in I was greeted by everyone at the front counter. My cashier was Xitlaly and she provided excellent customer service! I didn't catch everyone else name but management knows who worked today! I ordered the 5 dollar biggie bag and even though drive thru was busy, my order came up just as fast. Everyone was working and smiling and thats hard to find/see anywhere post covid. The food was great, nothing was cold. I never really visited Wendy's before because I was a Burger King fan but now its over for the King when im ever in the area of this store! I hate there are some that didn't have the great experience I did but please try them again. They didn't disappoint not one bit today! If you ever get hungry and you are by county line rd, pass McDonald's and go see Wendy! Lol.... Great Job Everyone Today!"
