"Went to the one on 60 in Brandon server ant the window was very rude never said hi when I handed my card to her then after I got my food I said thank you she turned her back and slammed the window shut without saying anything. This has happened on another occasion same place I deal with customers daily and I don’t treat them that way I say hi and thank you and your welcome to them. They need to be trained in how to treat customers I will never visit this one again."

"So disappointed with my visit to the Madison Ave location. Had a hassle pointing out that I was overcharged. Was then parked as the wait was ridiculous and received cold food after waiting. Then the following day I get a male cashier who was hostile as it was 10 minutes to closing and would not help with my coupon and blew me off so I left without buying anything as I was so infuriated by the lack of customer service. Skip this Checkers"

"Went in at 130am on Friday night. 30 minutes before closing. Food was great! had mozzarella sticks and burger and fries and it was super hot by the time I got home and very tasty! So much better than McDonald's.Girl working the drive thru had great customer service and friendly. Thanks I'll definitely be back again!"

"Came here before work today at about 5:20 (9/21/23) first they overcharged me by adding an extra burger that I didn’t order. After correcting that mistake they forgot to hand me my drink. After that I noticed by cheeseburger had everything on it that I specifically asked them not to put on. Then waited about 10 minutes for them to remake it making the other items I ordered cold by the time I actually sat down and got the chance to eat. No sorry from the staff or anything so I can tell this happens regularly. Then on top of that the burger was terrible tasting and it got throw into the trash. Will not ever be coming back to this location, as a food service worker that slack is unacceptable!"
