"Never again will I ever stop at this location. My family and I stopped here before bush gardens, after waiting 5 minutes a lady opens the window rudely says we’re only taking drive through. Ok after being stared at a whole 5 minutes she proceeded to tell me that. I load my family up in the car, and see a gentleman walking up to the same exact window we were just at and is taking his order. Never have I ever had any issue with this location until today. Because the color of my skin wasn’t the same as hers or the gentleman’s order WHO she took after telling me drive thru only. I called corporate and reported the incident immediately. Never will this place get my business ever again! I advise the manager or GM to get rid of the trash they have working for this company! I will make sure I tell everybody to avoid this location at all costs."

"I had a craving for loaded fries for a few weeks, so I decided to give in. Very delicious. I took my time eating it. I think Checkers has the best fries in the industry."

"After standing at the window to order for over five minutes and being ignored by at least three employees inside, I got their attention and they informed me that they’re busy with the drive-thru. When I asked if they can at least acknowledge a waiting customer, a young lady told me that she’s the manager and she doesn’t have to acknowledge me and that she can just shut the order window in my face. October 15 around 3pm."

"Had to return because no cheese and cold fries. So already had interaction with dude with dreads. He ok. But up in return other dude not cool. Told me didn't come with cheese. Told him said plus cheese"

"We spent over 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead. After we ordered, we waited for about 20 minutes for our food at the parking lot because they told us to wait there. After waiting the 20 minutes, I had to ask for it at the window, and this is when they finally gave us everything. They didn't have any of the most common sodas available. They only had fruit punch. Food was hot and good but the service was extremely slow."
