"January 6th, 2024 Delivery Typically have problems with delivery from this location. There’s always an order missing. Curbside Is Irrelevant At This Location Main focus of my review today. They’ll serve the entire drive-thru line before serving your order. They advise on the app that they’ll be out in 2-5 minutes and you're staring at a sign at the curbside advertising “SKIP THE LINE” the entire time. Yet, I waited over 10 minutes at the parking spot after arriving and checking in while other vehicles hopped into the drive-thru line and got served. Then, once I received my order there were items missing, so I had to pull into the drive-thru anyways. Waiting isn’t the issue, advertising one thing and having me download an app, take additional steps to be skipped over is an issue. I might as well have waited in line and ordered in person."

"I understand it’s the holidays and it’s busy but you can’t tell your customers that the order they usually order all the time from multiple location isn't wrong when it’s clear as day it is. I wasn’t going to keep going back and forth over $5.00 and it’s crazy that the employee wanted to. Oreo McFlurrys don’t contain caramel and I don’t understand why that was so hard to comprehend. “Well that’s how we make them and that’s how we’ve always made them”"

"Staff was SUPER friendly. The establishment was clean. Food was typical. We arrived at 1050am and the kiosk and app made us wait until 11 to order lunch but it was fine. No big deal. I was disappointed that we ordered a boo bucket happy meal but got a standard one instead. I didn't ask about it since i didn't want to end up with a thumb in my burger."

"I eat at this location often, about 4 times in the past week, and I have yet to get hot fries, even once. I've only gotten hot food once, and was asked to "pull up" to wait for it while they served other customers for 15 minutes, everything in the bag was cold except 1 sandwich, which I'm assuming was what the hold up was about. I'm fine waiting if it's worth it, but 15 minutes seems a little excessive for 1 hot Mc.chicken, and the rest of my food cold. The staff is usually pretty friendly tho."
