"The Employee working there tonight (09/01/2023) was Amazing. The service I received from him, is best so far, in the 4 years I have been coming to this location. "Attention Corporate!! Please be advised that the females running this store have absolutely no need to be working in customer service. Today for the free hero sub promotion they called over all their friends from the plaza and were giving them free sanwiches galore & serving them before us whom were in line first & they weren't giving them 6 inches they were giving them foot longs! But for real customers that came in for a sweet deal and with highly allergic health concerns they forced me to get the sandwich as shown in photo with tomatoes and all which I'm allergic to. Also I'm actually glad about the outcome because when i flipped the sandwich it had what appeared to be blue ink or mold idk but gross. Two thumbs down."

"What a bad experience with this place The sandwich was ok but I want a Small drink And they don't have it, so they have to charge you for a bigger size and the soda machine was no Ice at all so the drink was hot !!!"
