"For starters the cashier dropped my soda and didn’t even bother to refill or replace it. My Big Mac was mostly bread and meat because they didn’t really put much of anything on it, and to make it worse they must have put something in my food because I broke out into hives after my meal. I also have to add the historical reputation this place has of the people there not really doing their jobs and providing sub-par service. Also there have been serial killers that have worked here. After this last experience I will never purchase from here again"

"Why is this location still open ybor city location, they have bk across from them we will go there instead… This location do not care about what they are serving. Every time I go there the food is old or not the way you order it. Which makes you upset after you’ve put in details of how you wanted your sandwich made, why waste the time doing that, if the employees not going to follow instructions. Food is never presentable at this location! Always burnt food and no condiments that comes with the sandwich!"

"Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with 20 pc nuggets and a mcflurry, with dipping sauces and extra lettuce, only received the 20 nuggets with fries and mcflurry and extra lettuce for cheeseburgers. What are they doing there?"

"You can clearly see the receipt says ONLY ketchup, yet I still received a normal Quarter Pounder. I don’t usually eat McDonald’s but when I do, it disappoints me every time. The food is usually cold & the bread is hard as a rock. They pay no mind to when you’re ordering, having to repeat yourself multiple times."
