"Honestly, the food is standard quality as another Steak n Shake location so no complaints there. But the staff is a bit unprofessional. Often I'll drive thru and the cashier has a stern attitude, or doesn't give the right food sometimes. I've ordered ahead of time before, and it took 28 mins once after my confirmation to receive my food, even those who walked in and ordered got food before me. Overall they aren't bad people but the staff I would say is a bit incompetent"

"Ordered via doordash. Food arrived cold, the two milkshakes I ordered were frozen solid, one was the wrong flavor. No clear when these were made, fresh is Not how I'd describe anything. Couldn't get a straw into either shake. Almost seems like they threw my food into a microwave for a few seconds and sent it out."

"For context, my work is very close to this location so I usually go once a week. This Steak ‘n Shake doesn’t hold a light to the one in Wesley chapel. My biggest problem with this place is they prioritize drive thru orders like crazy. I like to put in mobile orders, which can be picked up inside and should be ready in 5-10 minutes usually. I always end up waiting an extra 10+ minutes while they get drive thru orders done. So basically if you want food in a decent amount of time, go drive thru. They don’t care about anything else. They love to apologize though after you’ve waited your entire lunch break for food."
