"Went for a quick lunch with work. Their menu looks great, I had a very hard time making a decision. I ended up with the Shepherd’s Pie which was excellent. The rest of our party had the corned beef & cabbage and burgers. Everything looked good. Nice atmosphere with a lot of games to play."

"The fish and chips were excellent! The mussels are very good, but very different. The spicy tang of curry was excellent, but different than any other mussels. Ask for Evan at the bar, he will take great care of you!"

"The restaurant is nice and we were able to get seated right away. It's mostly Irish and British staples (Shepherd's pie, Fish and Chips, etc.) with a few extras. There is a large patio for outdoor seating and a bar indoors. The food itself was not bad, but it seemed to take a very long time (an hour) to arrive even though it wasn't busy. Same goes for the dessert. That said, the dessert was delicious. I probably won't return."

"We planned our wedding after party at Strandhill Public. Sharon and the staff were amazing. We had a party of over 40 people and the staff did amazing at keeping up with the drink orders. The appetizers we had order were very tasty and filling. Overall, I am very happy with our experience at Strandhill Public. I will definitely use them again for my party needs."

"Great atmosphere. Had multiple TVs to watch sports. We sat at the bar and ended up talking to some regulars that go there and raved about how much they liked it. They even bought us a round of shots. The food was great although the first set of mozzarella sticks that came out had no cheese but they did immediately bring another batch. Would definitely go back. Very friendly group of people."
