"Against my better judgment, I decided to give this restaurant one more chance. Last time I ordered takeout in the store and had to ask for a refund because it took such an enormous amount of time. This time I decided to order online to prevent the extensive wait time. I ordered my food and arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes after ordering. There was only one family in the restaurant and they were having a conversation with the cashier about how their food had been messed up. I gave the woman at the cashier my name, and she told me that it would be approximately 15 minutes while yelling back to the chef what my order was and telling him what to cook. That’s when I realize they hadn’t even started cooking my food yet. Despite it being ordered 25 minutes ago. Considering how long the food took when I ordered it in the restaurant on my previous visit, I was not prepared to wait again, and after confirming that they had not yet started my order, I asked for a refund. I would have been more understanding if the restaurant was packed and it was clear that they were incredibly busy, but it was completely dead inside and there was only one take out bag sitting waiting for customer pick up. This place is grab and go wraps, sandwiches bowls. The wait times are ridiculous and apparently you can’t even place a takeout order and have the food be cooked before you arrive. It’s ridiculous. This is three times now that we’ve had a horrible experience trying to eat food from this restaurant. Horrible customer service - don’t even bother trying the food here. I haven’t been able to because they can’t seem to cook anything in a timely manner. Asking customers to wait 25 minutes plus an additional 15 minutes once they get to the restaurant for takeout order is 40 minutes for takeout bowls. Crazy. Last chance I will never come back here."

"A good alternative to the burger and fries fast food establishments. The key with Hummus Bay is in what you pick to either build a sandwich or a rice bowl. You get four free options with your entrees and it will greatly impact the flavor of your meal. The hummus or the garlic butter really adds flavor and is needed to combat the dullness of the rice. Pickles are another necessity, with the tanginess cutting through the richness of the hummus. I really like their taziki sauce, that added a bunch of flavor as well. The good thing is you leave here light not full of greasy food."

"The food here is amazing, we loved everything. The food tasted like we ate in authentic Arabic Place. You really feel the quality and taste of everything I ordered the hummus with lamb, taboleh, shawerma, and a mix of everything. The staff here are really nice. The food came in less than 10 mins."

"I was doing some shopping in the plaza, and I saw the signs for this new business. I was hungry, so I decided why not check it out. I had the chicken kabob bowl, and it was so tasty. The ingredients were really fresh and so colorful. The flavors were so good! I received a lot of food and didn't think I would finish it, but I had no leftovers. The staff were friendly and the food was a nice change for me. Prices were reasonable. Tons of indoor seating. Very kept up and clean."
