"Went for dinner on a Monday, not crowded at all. Our waitress was very sweet but didn't come around much. Pot roast was delicious, everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. However, I ordered a slice of pie to go. Good thing we looked at it before we left because it was moldy on the bottom crust. When we spoke to the manager about it she seemed annoyed that we wanted a new slice. No apology or embarrassment, just kind of rolled her eyes. She could have at least taken it off the bill. I mean that's unacceptable."
"The eggs were cold, bacon like rubber, pancake cold. Only thing good to eat was my biscuit. I had to go look for my server too. It wasn't even that busy yet. Very disappointed! $12.00 plus for mystery breakfast. My family member and I drove 10 miles to go there too. We plan to go to I-hop on Sundays in the future. Their prices are reasonable, and the food is consistently great!"
"Worst breakfast I have ever been served. Ordered breakfast with my husband. Quite a long wait and there were not a lot of tables. They certainly had enough staff for the number of customers. The eggs were over done, hash browns were cold and raw, bacon was burnt dry and the toast was not toasted. The coffee was spilled while the waitress was pouring it for both of our cups. She didn't even acknowledge spilling the coffee nor did she clean up the spills. It was very obvious but she chose to ignore it. She was extremely indifferent. We eat out very often but we certainly will never return. Bob Evans would not be happy with the service or food that we received."
"I ordered the wildfire chicken salad. I asked the server to ask them for fresh chicken, that I didn’t want the precooked chicken they cook. (I used to work here a few years back). I ask for this because I like a softer chicken and hot. So, it took a while, it came out , the chicken not tossed. The server said they didn’t do that. Hmm ok. So I asked for the BBQ sauce that is supposed to be tossed on the chicken. As I’m eating , the salad itself is good. The 2 chicken tenders fried were so crunchy and crispy that I hit it on the plate and it was so hard that it made a clanking noise on the plate. When the server stopped back by , I told her that the chicken wasn’t fresh and clanked it on the dish. She said that it was Fresh, I disagreed. And got ok as she walked away. She went to her manager Toni Austin. As she walked slowly out the swinging door as she rolled her eyes. I again told her that they used precooked chicken and I asked for fresh. She says , well they is me and it is fresh. I again clanked it on the dish. She replied, well do you want me to cook another chicken strip for you? I said no thank you. She made the excuse that maybe the fryer was too hot, but (I) did set the timer. Seriously, do as your customers ask. Cook QUALITY FOOD. As this would not have occurred with different employees. The servers walking around cussing and talking about their personal lives where customers can hear them , Not Professional. Not all of them , but a few of them. This Bob Evans is NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. SADLY. Customer Service used to be a thing."
"Came here for Father’s Day, only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our table. Food was decent enough. The only thing I would recommend is the caramel mocha (free refills!!) and the biscuits and gravy. Otherwise, most of this food you can get at any other breakfast/brunch spot. Everything is very fairly priced, but mostly mediocre food."
