"Ordered for pickup, email says food is ready. So I go in, it's not in the pickup area, so I waited thinking they just need another minute. I wait, seeing they're moderately busy I hesitated to ask for help. When I finally asked the employee didn't know where my food was. Finally found my food that had been sitting on a random counter, now cold because the staff wouldn't put it in the correct pickup area. So if you order pickup, expect to look around the location and find where else they might have put it, because they do not use the designated pickup area."

"I always order lunch catering and always have a positive experience. Online ordering is pretty simple. I deal with Stephanie the catering coordinator who also delivers to me. Very personable and always on time. Everyone enjoys their boxed lunches personally made for them. It's the little details that matter."

"I’m a Panera member always go to Panera me my family, my boys they like Panera Mac and Cheese.. unfortunately this place the did a bad Macaroni and cheese when I ask why its look like old they told me all Panera mac and cheese like this one .. they should do better than this one and better action when talking to costumer...."

"7/13/23 -Update We have seen a complete 180 dev improvement in the last two sandwiches we purchased. Keep up the good work. Original Review 9/23 - lately the quality and accuracy of the food has been much better. Keep up the good work and 5 stars are coming. Ham sandwich, hold the ham. Check your order. Orders are wrong 70% of the time. When they left the ham off my sandwich, they didn’t offer a refund, free sandwich, cup of coffee, or anything after I had to return to the store to have ham put on my ham sandwich. Don’t get pay for any extra toppings either, you won’t get them."

"Getting a little bit of work accomplished over lunch. The atmosphere is perfect with upbeat music played at the right level. The Dark Coffee was fresh & bold and of course—what is a stop at Panera without a Pecan Twist? It was delicious with a hint of citrus and cinnamon in every bite. The staff was efficient and friendly making for a very nice break from my busy day. Parking was easy to find and well thought out. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available.Membership options for coffee lovers."
