"Went to just get a soup and hot chocolate. My hot chocolate was not filled up all the way to the top. It’s almost only halfway full. I also asked for no whip cream which I’m glad they did that but why isn’t my hot chocolate cup filled up? I usually don’t open the lid to see my drink before I leave the restaurant. I only just check that I have everything but it was upsetting to arrive home to find out my drink was halfway full. This isn’t McDonald’s do better."

"I first enjoyed Panera's steak and arugula sandwich several years ago, and since then I have never forgotten how good it was. Here's a secret - even if the requested food item is no longer listed on their menu board above the register area, you can still ask the cashier if they are able to make it that day, depending on the availability of the ingredients. I was not disappointed when I asked for this sandwich again, as my order was made really quickly! Had barely sat down for a minute before my number was called up. They use pickled red onion to give it a little bit of tang and texture contrast against the flavorful steak slices. I always get their French onion soup to go with my meal, which is so good with melted shredded cheese and croutons on top. They give you a side baguette and a bag of chips to accompany the meal. In the past I've had their cookies (oatmeal raisin) as well, and they taste like they're freshly made at home. Very pleased overall!"

"First time going to this Panera & I ordered the smoky buffalo chicken melt. Not only was the price rather high for the sandwich ($11.19) but the sandwich was very poorly made. Their was little to no chicken on the sandwich. I have no problem paying that amount for a good sandwich, however, this was very disappointing."

"This is a newer location, modern looking, with a drive-thru. I've been here several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and no matter what time of the day I visit the place is filthy dirty. Floor has trash on it and crumbs all over the tables and seating. Restrooms aren't much better. Food is decent, nothing to brag about. Every once in a while your order is incorrect but that can happen anywhere. I always use my app to order so I can't comment much on service from the cashier. Typically don't wait much for my order to be ready. Servings vary each time which doesn't make any sense to me. A bowl of soup seems to be just a cup of soup served in a big bowl sometimes!"
