"Absolutely horrendous customer service!! Don’t dare ask a question about the menu or ask for a missing item you’ll get screamed at. Miserable people working there. Based on the other reviews I’m guessing management doesn’t care about the complaints either. Food is garbage on top of that, save your money and the headache."

"I have given this place it's last chance. Every time there is a problem. Dive through can take up to an hour (not an exaggeration) when you do get to the pick up window the staff act as if you're bothering them. Tonight tried and figured we would go in because the drive through line was long. Walked past the big banner that said dining room open to find the door was locked. No sign indicating a problem so I knocked on the window. The best the manager (I'm guessing it was the manager by the uniform) could do is signal the neck cut off gesture. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. I'm guessing this is a franchise? Can't imagine a corporate store being run this way."

"I went in there today and there was signs outside that due to short staffing orders only through computers/monitors (which fine ) the surprise is all 3 or 4 monitors have a electronic message something like sorry we are in break please see from counter . When I go to the front all the employees were watching us doing nothing and refuses to take our simple order because of the outside sign . Then asked the manager to take our order he said go thru the drive thru and you can eat her I told him it does make sense he then asked do you wanna eat or you want me to kick you out and lockup the doors . The funny part there was nobody in the drive-through. I would understand if there was a few cars, but there was no cars what so ever"

"I arrived to pick up a 19 item DoorDash. Nobody answered the window. All the doors were locked. One employee was sitting outside, who claimed he did not work there and said “they told me they were closed “. I looked inside. There is an employee sleeping in one of the booths. As I canceled the order because I could not deliver the doordash, I saw another woman walk up as if she was just arriving to work? As I was leaving many people lined up in the drive thru. Not sure why this happened and hopefully there is a good explanation for it, but i felt bad for my customer on DoorDash. 6:30pm 12-10-22"
