"Normally this location is pretty good, but today when ordering online, the system allowed me to order churros with my order. When I went for pickup they informed me they have no churros and told me to call a customer support phone number; no offer for alternative replacements or anything. This picture shows part of the chicken that I got there. It could just be from the cooking process or something else, but to my eyes it looks like a dangerously undercooked/raw portion of chicken. Most of my experiences here are good but this feels unacceptable."

"Be prepared to eat a lot of food! Pollo Tropical is a Hispanic fast food restaurant known for their chicken. The decor is bland, but it’s clean and modern, except for the restroom. The cashier had a heavy accent, but that doesn’t mean fast service! Our food came out quick. The food here comes in large portions. The highlights were the chicken and the garlic sauce. The chicken had good texture and seasoning, and adding the garlic sauce to the rice and beans is a great combination! The quesadilla wrap was also good, but the Mac and Cheese… not so much. Overall, a decent place to get some Hispanic food."

"We ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps, it was awful and messy. It had a lot of watery sauce that put the tortilla so soft and wet. I used like 20 napkins to control the water sauce from the wrap. The floor was too greesy and I was sliding on the floor. Never eat over there."
