"The food was dried out. The floor was sticky. The employees looked like they just walked out of the crypt. Standard have gotten so low that you have to ask for napkins and straws. The touch screens were dirty. The bathrooms were gross. I will be back for the McRib and this place better be in better shape then or else it will ruin my whole McRib eating experience. The parking lot is decent. The hold music is chill."

"This place is a joke. Save your money, save your patience. This location is going to under serve you every chance they get. The photo shows how they served my large frappe. The cup is literally barely over half full and they top the rest with whipped cream. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Most infuriating experience I've had with this fast food "resteraunt.""

"i don’t usually eat mcdonald’s but it was just a “fast and convenient place to go” ABSOLUTELY NOT ! i placed an online order and i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. i got my drink and the lady handed me my food. usually i check but it was such a busy drive thru so i decided to leave and not check. i had to turn back 5 minutes down the road because of the smell of barbecue. if it was something i would eat i would’ve just taken the L but it was 100% not something i would’ve eaten. so, i went inside thinking it’d be faster because the drive thru was a mile long still and i was ABSOLUTELY WRONG about that too! i stood there for 15 more minutes until i finally got someone’s attention. they were super rude about it and i said if a refund would be faster i’d like that and the dude completely ignored me. i don’t usually do reviews but they wasted an hour of my time. i was there from 6:30-7:45 so just beware of those times once you think about going there because it was very busy!!"

"Literally do they even have an ice cream machine at all? because in the 2 years that I’ve lived close by it has never once worked when I’ve stopped by. BARELY half filled fries, completely incorrect order, no sauces etc. like they couldn’t be any worse if they tried."

"These people don't know how to handle the lobby plus the drive through. Customer before me said he was waiting for his family's meals for 40 minutes. I waited 10 minutes just to take my order. If you don't know how to balance your lobby and drive through then maybe you guys need to teach each employee especially management on how to run the store. It's not all about drive through. Hope everyone gets fresh food and better service then I did. But I've come here over a dozen times and it's never changed in over a year if anything gotten worse."
