"Waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge to take my order after getting my order fries were stale and greasy like we're cook hours prior and got dunked back in grease. Not good customer service everyone ignores you when trying to ask for help."

"Definitely going through a downward spiral. Constantly missing food in their orders. It's to a point where you need to pull out each item to make sure. Very slow. And they advertise deals to bring people in, then tell them its for a future date. Then why have the sign up for a deal if it is not ready. Management and thier team seems to be dropping the ball. Best just to avoid this one all together and go elsewhere."

"This particular location is a very rough part of town so I just went through the drive through, they didn't give me a receipt for my food which I needed to turn in for reimbursement at work. Everywhere else you know they just tape it to the bag and you have the receipt. I got breakfast and it was all right. The coffee had way too much cream and sugar in it, they continue to insist on doing that themselves and then you can add more..."

"Worst customer service. Busch blvd standard fast food service. All employees that have mics, cash registers, anything to do with other human beings… all these people act like they dropped out of school, and the only socializing they ever had was from jail and tinder. (purposefully excluding the cooks because they are the only thing right with this place) being harsh on this one because living in the area for 5 years… it has not gotten better. Hire from the near by college not the near by dumpster. One last thing… if there was one major change… start with “what else can I get you” not “is that all”?!?! X5 and every time I say another item off the menu… seriously this place is awful."

"This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to . The overweight, colored, older women in back cash should not be working anywhere near living people. Her attitude is repulsing. She refuses to honor coupons. Always finds a way to overcharge me. Then my bags were missing the fries that she charged me full price for when I told her I had a code. Oh & to put a cherry on the icecream let me drop a little picture of how there bathrooms looked ."
