KFC

"My wife and I had a long day and were not in the mood to cook anything so we decided on KFC so we placed our orders on our phones and the app said the food would be ready for pickup at 8:15 so we left and arrived at the drive thru where we were greeted and i responded that I’m here to pick up 2 mobile orders for my name and my wife’s name and we were told to pull around. I arrive to the window and I was given my drink but not my wife’s and that was told they were waiting on the food to be finished and I should pull into the parking lot by the doors. So we pulled up. I took a sip of my drink and it was regular tea not sweet tea so I was gonna just tell the person who brings our food out that it was the wrong drink but some time has gone by and it’s now 8:34 which is 19 minutes passed the time the app said it would be ready for pickup and the store wasn’t busy. I went inside with the drink and asked how long it would be till the food was ready and that this is not the right drink. Apparently the sweet tea was just regular tea that night which was watered down and bitter not sweet at all. The food was misplaced and the other associates said they gave the food out almost 20 minutes ago, come to find out it was sitting in the pickup section for DoorDash type drivers. So now we got the food in sealed bags and drive home to have a little late dinner which ended up being cold and soggy from condensation and the biscuits had no tops, they were messed up looking. The cool staff had an attitude and they were all young people so we thought if we would have asked for new food due to there error they might have spit in it or mess it up intentionally. Definitely not going back to this location again!"

"Terrible service. Cashier took an order then filled up a cup of lemonade and walked off while I was still in line... No "someone will be right with you" or anything. Just walked off. Looked right at me too. Finally after 5 minutes the drive thru cashier came over to take my order. She was extremely nice."

"KFC is always just incredibly delicious. Every time I eat it I wonder how it can be that good. The spicy wings were delicious. The tenders were great. The bread fresh and their new fries are out of this world. We enjoyed it very much and for a good price. I would recommend this KFC to anyone. Great job to the manager and owner of this store whoever they may be"

"I can't tell you the last time I had anything from a KFC business, but I was feeling soooo lazy and didn't want to go out. I kept seeing the bowls back, and tonight seemed like a good day to reminisce. The bowls arrived hot, and the presentation appealing. I don't remember so much mashed potato, but none the less the bowl was full. I had a half dozen pieces of chicken that were good. Overall, it needs a little ump with flavor. We added pepper and hot sauce and made the cheat meal worth it."
