"Wendy's in Bradenton is my happy place! The spicy chicken nuggets are my spirit animal—crispy on the outside, sassy on the inside. The Frosty is so thick it broke my straw's will to stand upright. The staff deserves a medal for turning burger flipping into an art form. Move over Mona Lisa, Wendy's in Bradenton is the real masterpiece!"

"The food is always fresh and delicious! HUGE shout out to Early Morning crew!! They get my day started with hot food and hot coffee, and smiles!!!"

"I asked for fresh fries and waited for fresh fries and received cold cardboard fries and cold spicy chicken sandwich. Another customer was returning his food because it was sill frozen inside ( chicken nuggets). That same customer came back in the store 3 times before they got his order correct. On a good note, the service was great."

"Employees were extremely polite but I must say my Mcchicken was lukewarm and the fries were cold as well. My girl threw everything away and I couldn’t even contest it once I took a bite. Wendy’s usually has a decent standard I was a little let down. Maybe Fast Food franchises aren’t the way to go anymore because it’s too hard to find good help."

"Asked the manager for help with the app and she refused to help me. It wasn't working correctly and she could at least been nice about it instead of being rude as heck. They weren't even busy she was just being plain lazy. Customer service goes a long way with me, so with this horrible customer service I walked out and ate somewhere else. I used to love eating at this Wendy's and used to work here when it first opened but now will probably never eat here again."
