"HORRIBLE! Everyone working there should be fired. every encounter is rude. Forget calling the store if you order online and they forget to put something in the bag for your dasher. they will purposely ignore the call. They will leave you standing there, even if you’re the only person in the store and not take your order until they are done restocking unnecessary things. Literally put the customer last. All these horrible reviews and nothing is being done. This store needs all new management and employees. Just awful."

"Been coming to this location for 6 months and it gets worse with every visit. This will be my last visit. If you order online and get double meat, it’s not on the sandwich but it’s on the receipt. Online orders are always extremely late and the workers are clearly miserable. They don’t greet you and tonight I literally had to prompt the making of my sandwich. The worker didn’t seem to want to even speak to me and he proceeded to toss my sandwich to me when finished."

"The evening shift on 9/8/23 is slow and disregards online orders. Order was supposed to be ready and when we arrived it had not even been started. They can’t seem to multitask and have terrible customer service skills. Blatant lack of cleanliness. After 5+ sandwiches the counter was not cleaned a single time"

"NOPE. NOPE. NEVER. Little boy with black hair was the MOST disrespectful service worker I’ve EVER encountered. Made my 2 subs wrong (with stuff I EXCLUDED that I’m allergic to) then when I asked for them to be remade- threw everything down and sloppily made the sandwiches and argued with me back and forth to the point of a screaming match. Too worried about his tiktok music over the speakers while he works “alone” with a friend behind the counter. Spent a total of 30 minutes waiting when my subs were supposed to be done in ten. You can’t kill these little kids with kindness. They’re just stupid."
