"Since I love Station House BBQ I knew I was going to love Baby Brisket's Breakfast, but it was more incredible than I expected. First off, the staff were fantastic and the service couldn't have been better. As for the food, words fail me. I made sure to get every last crumb and drop from the Biscuit with Brisket gravy, and the Cinnamon roll was HUGE so it's a good thing that was split between my wife and I. She also loves avocado toast so we got that to split as well, and it was amazing... the pickled red onions on it are the perfect touch. She got the Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich with their incredible brisket, which was outstanding. The sandwich you can get "Baby's Way", covered in the Brisket gravy, which is how I would have gotten it!! Anyway, I can't recommend this place highly enough... it was an absolutely incredible breakfast."

"Dare I say it....the brisket breakfast sandwich may be the best breakfast sandwich I have had in my life. The biscuit is homemade that it is served on and it is just an explosion of flavor. They have just a few menu items for breakfast, but each one is high quality and you will not be disappointed. I am writing this review 2 days after trying this for the first time because I am still thinking about this sandwich. Try it, you will not be disappointed."
