"Placed a large order of 8 pies for an event and the store cancelled without even letting us know. I called to confirm receipt of payment from the “Jet’s Bot” order 20 minutes after placing the order and at first the person that answered lied about getting the order. When I confirmed my card was charged he then changed the storyline and simply didn’t want to make the pizza stating it was too close to closing. If that is the case the order should not have went through and/or someone should have called to let us know. Bad customer service all around."

"Moved from Pittsburgh Pa one year ago. Have been searching for a pizza that we like around St. pete-Clearwater area. We'd never had Detroit style pizza. Decided to give it a go and our search finally ended with Jets Pizza! Thick crunchy crust, good sauce.... Now this is one great pizza!! Our new FAV!"

"3.5/5 We ordered inside. The young girl who took our order was nice. It took about 15-20mins for our food to be ready. First impression of the calzone was ‘wow this is huge!’ However, the filling wasn’t that much. We had wings and cheese sticks as well. The bbq wings were really good. Cheese sticks were good, pretty generic. Definitely not better than dominos or papa johns."
