"There is a new manager by the name of of Nellie . He provides amazing customer service. And stays calm. I come almost every day. And they are short staffed. However, he himself provides amazing customer service."

"Drive thru took over 1/2 hour. When you came up to speaker, i still had too wait 5 minutes before i could even place my order. Building was locked unless you happened to be at door when they let someone out. I thought possibly they were understaffed. When I picked up my order I counted 5 employees. Chicken was dried out. I will never go back to this location."

"I have gone to Popeyes 4 times. I have been to this Popeyes three times out of four. Every time it's a 45+ minute wait. The third time was the charm. Wait 45 minutes for them to fill half the order correctly. Three out out five employees standing around outside the whole time and a parking lot full of cars that ordered food. 45 minutes for chicken tenders and nugget s. Foods great always has been. service sucks at this place. Never been inside. Doors are always locked. Went to another restaurant instead."

"Drive through was very slow. Set inline 20 minutes before we could order. We ordered 2 Big Box meals one white other dark with red beans and rice. Both mild. Got to window and was told mild wasn’t ready yet. We paid and were told to pull around for order. Order was delivered in about 5 minutes. Went to our condo and set down to eat and both orders were spicy. Disappointed? YES!"

"Chicken sandwich was OK. They are the best chicken sandwich when hot and fresh! They gave me a cup for soda but there was no ice. While I was playing with the soda machine trying to get ice I noticed little ant-like bugs crawling all over the machine. NOT GOOD. They gave me ice and soda from behind the counter. Took a few minutes to get my food and they weren't busy."
