"Terrible place, I just placed an order online today 2/18/24 and after more than 30 minutes waiting for my order it turns out that they canceled my order, and when I call to find out the reason for cancellation the girl who answered the phone says that she canceled the order because she was alone in the place and she couldn't handle so much work, perhaps I wonder if the owner of the establishment knows the attitude of that worker?? But I never order anything else on that site, terrible service."

"The best pizza I ever had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Wished north Lakeland the only pizza hut location would fire all there staff to make a pizza like this. Was told there in us 98 there pizza burned when they used frozen cheese. Got into a confrontation with there front end person Jason who didn't want to give there name. Called corporate and only wanted to give me a promo code. I wanted there staff fired. I was told it was that they weren't cleaning there ovens. I want to report to someone who will do something that is the only pizza hut in our area. I am great full that this place gave the best pizza we ever had!"

"I've had a frustrating experience with Pizza Hut for the second time now. The first time, I requested delivery, but my order was mistakenly marked as carryout. Today, I faced an even bigger issue when I was charged three times, each for $49.84 through the app. Reluctantly, I had to contact the store, but reaching a live person proved nearly impossible. Instead, I had to endure automated pizza ads. Due to these recurring issues, I've decided to no longer do business with this particular Pizza Hut location. I strongly believe that someone in management or the district should investigate what's happening at this store, as it's failing to provide the quality service the community and customers deserve. Consequently, I'm now driving 2.4 miles to the next Pizza Hut that was willing to assist me and accept my $49.84. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially when you have kids and a nearby Pizza Hut. On a positive note, I want to express my gratitude to the outstanding team members at the Pizza Hut located at 3611 1st St E #210. They had no problem serving us, and the food was excellent. Thank you to them."

"Can't deliver on time, even when ordered 90 minutes in advance. Won't pick up the phone and let it go to automated voice mail. This used to be a great store. They now rely on 3rd party delivery, which sucks. From now on, I will use another provider. Pizza Hut here has sank below acceptable standards."
